Self heating air supply cupola furnace uses two large spacing inversion vent and external bellows to avoid slag entry bellows by improper operation. Inside tower, as the most important part of the cupola furnace, air supply from the bottom of tower to protect the furnace, which increases the furnace life and fully uses of heat energy. Furnace flange uses punching for welding part shift higher and automatic welding machine to avoid welding open problems on high temperature, furnace body with flange produced by20G boiler plate, adding stainless steel expansion joint in the middle, which compensates for thermal expansion and extends the furnace life. Movable joint is between the ram and inside tower. The inside tower can shrink automatically, effectively solving the damage caused by thermal expansion, extending life and saving the operation cost. The furnace heat exchanger is single or dual type. Hearth type is fixed or active. Self heating air supply cupola furnace is the only model of self heat exchange and supply air equipment, high technical and economic indicators, excellent performance, low smelting loss, high quality and temperature iron, reduce coke consumption, high coke adaptable, low emission, low pollution, simple operation, long life, low investment etc. It is the priority chooses for producing high quality, high-grade exporting iron steel castings.

1. the fixed carbon content ≧ 83%, the layer of iron coke ration is : 1:8-1:10pm, molten iron temperature: 1450-1520℃

2. the inside tower life under normal use: >5000h
